Volunteer

Esperanza en Acción is a volunteer driven organization, we are able to continue our work and mission here in Nicaragua with the wonderful support of volunteers in the United States.

We try to match volunteers with items that most match their interests, so that YOU can be involved in helping Esperanza en Acción, but also doing work that you are interested in.

We have a variety of volunteer positions open.  Please let us know if you are interested in volunteering with Esperanza en Acción by sending us an email to [email protected] 

Here are a few ideas of things we need help with for volunteers in the US: 

• Grant Writing, help us prepare materials for grants and funding opportunities.

• Fair Trade Sales, bring a fair trade sale to your community and help promote the work of Nicaraguan artisans.

• Home Parties, host a fair trade party in your home, educate friends and colleagues about fair trade and fundraise for Esperanza en Acción.
